Jesus was born in Palestine. Smaller sects are the Essenes, Pharisees (larger group, controlled the center of Judaism.) The smaller sects were illuminated by the discovery of the dead sea scrolls. The teachings of Jesus was taught by Jewish prophets. But the exhortations of Jesus were taught by the gospels. Jesus announced that the Messiah was to come not to bring rule on earth as most of his fellow Jews believe but to usher in the last judgement.

Some believed that a Messiah [[or redeemer was going to come and liberate them politically for those people of the Lord. What Jesus said and taught followed more of the early Jewish beliefs with some new additions and twists. He would send unique personal messages that were simple, but had great meaning and they would enter the hearts of his listeners.

Attila became co-king of the huns and brought terror to the east and west. When Valentinian III's sister had an affair she smuggled a ring to Attila to ask for help. He then invaded Gaul and demanded half the empire as a dowry. He sacked many cities and when the Visigoths joined Aetius and fought Attila, Attila retreated for the only time in his life. In the next couple years his empire fell apart and Valentinian III killed him. Then Aetius' former soldiers killed him and the empire started to end for good.
